Processing Times
Because many of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch.
- Personalised items: Usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.
- Non-personalised items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Options
We ship all orders from the United Kingdom using reliable postal services.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier performance.
International Delivery
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If tracking is available for your shipping method, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Address and Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer absence when delivery is attempted
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for redelivery.
Delays and Lost Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame:
- Please allow a few extra days in case of postal delays (Royal Mail suggests 10 working days).
- Contact us at customersupport@emiluxedesigns.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
In cases where an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement to be sent.
Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care to package your order securely.
If your items arrive damaged:
Please email us within 7 days of receipt at customersupport@emiluxedesigns.com include your order number and photos of the damage
We’ll organise a replacement or refund as appropriate.
