How Long Does Shipping Take
All of our products are shipped locally via second class Royal Mail services as standard. If your order is urgent, the option to upgrade to faster services are available at checkout. Please find further details on our shipping policy here.
What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
Royal Mail advises all customers to wait 10 working days for orders to arrive - if after this point your order hasn't arrived we are happy to offer a replacement. If your order is urgent, please upgrade to faster or tracked services at checkout to avoid disappointment!
How Do I Personalise My Card?
You will find a personalisation box on the product listing that you can enter all of your personalisation details in. This includes personalisation for the front of your card & the inside if this option has been chosen at checkout.
Can I Personalise The Inside?
Each greeting card will have the option to personalise the inside, you can enter these details in the personalisation box on each product listing. As standard you will then have the option to either get this sent to you to hand to the recepient personally or you can choose the 'front & inside - send to them' option whereby we can send it directly to save you further postage charges.
Is An Envelope Included?
Our beautiful greeting cards come complete with a luxurious white envelope for that perfect finishing touch. Write the recipient’s address and send it off in style or, if you prefer, we can send it directly for you!
How Do I Send My Photos For Prints?
There is an upload box on each listing - please add your photo(s) into there & we will do the rest!
Do You Offer Discounts?
We are currently running a buy THREE get the FOURTH card free and a MIX&MATCH 10% off on prints as standard, the discount will automatically apply at checkout once your order qualifies.
We also periodically offer subscriber only discounts so please make sure to sign up below to receive these!
